News on Apple iPhone 5/6
Whilst many of us are waiting to see the New Year in, others are wondering what 2012 will bring in terms of devices. So far on the list is the new iPad 3 rumoured to be arriving in January although this has to be taken with a pinch of salt, another of Apple’s the iPhone 5, Samsung’s Galaxy S III and so on.
A few days ago, we spoke about the success of the iPhone 4S and the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which many of us have started to enjoy the tail end of this year. With this, we’ve started to take a look at the rumoured specs of the iPhone 5 which may include a: physical keyboard, bigger rear and front cameras, a more polished design, face recognition security and improved battery life, and it’s this that we wanted to take a look at.
According to techorati.com, in order to up the iPhone’s battery life, this could be achieved by way of “hydrogen fuel cell technology.” This is something that the Cali company have already explored by way of patents. If this does transpire, then batteries already seen in other smartphones could be replaced, leaving devices to be left without charge for a good handful of weeks.
Let us know what you think about the new fuel cell technology? Is battery life something that Apple needs to consider or not?
